1. Feel the impact of the color (that's why we work in thin layers)

Instead of going for a fixed idea of this is what it should look like, you let the color talk to you. Does it open your heart? Do you feel a deep, releasing sigh coming up?  

That's the right color!

2. You can try out the colors on fresh sheets of paper.  

3. Enjoy the process. Is there a smile? Are you forgetting time? Yes! that's how you do it.
