Here are 3 things to do before we watch the workshop.
- 1. We will do an exercise that will change hectic fear-based To-Do lists forever. If you're ADHD or AuDHD, this will change everything for you.
- For this exercise, you need:
- 1. a couple of different pencils or markers in different colors
- 2. a sheet of paper (or notebook)
- 3. a pen
- Because we didn't had time during the workshop to use the pendulum, tarot cards, etc, I have taken care of the offloading of fear (there was a lot of fear!) and the uploading of scared desire and the web.
- But if you want to make this your party, get your Tarot cards and pendulum if you have one
- If possible, ensure that you are alone (this will increase your focus and result).
This is too good to not share with you! This happened after and during the Sacred Desire Workshop
- 2. Before you watch this workshop, give yourself 5 to 10 minutes to reflect on the energy of your archetypes.
- See if you can 'forget' about the words and the explanations and dive deeper into the energetic connection between you and your archetypes.
- You can do that by repeating the name of the archetype for yourself and requesting:
- "Archetype (name) guide me through the next hour,
- fill my body with your power"
- 3. The special Canva file that will help you create your Archetypal Web during and after the workshop is at the bottom of the page.
