Lesson 3. The Abundant NURTURER Archetype

This first lesson outlines your natural Nurturer magic and, most likely, some recognizable struggles.

The Archetypes are here to support you. They are championing you. As do I.

As do I. I will be the voice in your ears for the next 8 weeks *or for as long, you need me to be there for you.

Your Archetype(s) are indicators of what is already present inside of you.
Their magic is to make you aware and conscious of everything you forgot about, are taking for granted, can't see or acknowledge.

Your archetypes are your fancy personal New Anchors. 
Forwarding you with the messages and guidance you need to hear. Unlike the boring news anchors, your archetypes will repeat their messages until you fully get it, have embodied it, and are living it. They are pretty insistent because they want you to listen and will do whatever it takes to make you listen.
 Failed launches, annoying dreams, that book that keeps coming up? The frenemy who keeps being more successful than you, that feeling of dread in your stomach? It's most likely your archetypes who are trying to reach out to you.

They will keep telling you: Accept your genius! 
And when you listen, they will lovingly take you by the hand and walk you towards your natural state of abundance and genius.

‍ This is how you co-operate with your archetypes 

• Use your mind, heart, and body when going through each page for an immersive experience.
• Keep your workbook and journal nearby and create your daily doodle. 
• Read the texts several times, let it sink in, give yourself time to feel and process.
•  Feel the texts and images. They whispered themselves into existence so that you can use them.
• Your emotions and feelings are your guides. Listen and observe. Your memories, ideas, grief, happiness, tears, butterfly joy, and sadness are all important.
  Ask yourself: Why do I feel like this? Why is it hard for me to believe this? Why haven't I seen this before? Why does this make me so happy?
• It's tempting to read through the words without implementing or embodying, but you're here to become fully abundant. I invite you to make this your own party.

What happens when the Nurturer archetype disrespects her archetypal energy and power?

When you neglect your energy, your are neglecting your own needs and overextend the to care for others. This can easily lead to burnout and a sense of being unappreciated, as your selfless nature becomes a one-sided effort. I know! Big ouch!

How do you know you're out of alignment?

A Nurturer out of alignment feels drained and overwhelmed, often taking on too much responsibility. Your nurturer's power is feeling what other people need long before others they realize this themselves. Your energy is wide open to receiving unspoken messages for support. Without proper self-care, you will feel unrecognized and even unloved for your efforts.

You may even experience resentment, as your usual warmth turns into exhaustion.
That can also result in a never ending hunt for more learning, improving yourself to be a better carer, without ever realizing that all the most important wisdom is already inside of you.

What do you feel or experience when you are truly happy and aligned with her archetypal energy?

When aligned, you feel deeply fulfilled and energized by the connections she fosters. You experience joy in the mutual support and care within your relationships, finding balance in giving and receiving love, which nurtures your soul and the souls of those around you.

Your quality of life:
A Nurturer out of touch feels drained and unappreciated,  your happiness can dwindle as you constantly put others first, neglecting your own needs.

What happens to your brand and business?
You probably blend into the background, hiding your nurturing spirit, and trying to please everyone, losing your unique warm presence, or only hanging out with fellow Nurturers instead of clients.

What can happen to your business?
Your business might falter when you overextend, even leading to burnout. You struggle to market authentically because you can’t see how awesome you are and missing out on attracting aligned clients.

The ultimate consequence:
If you cannot see your worth, you risk losing yourself in your caregiving. This can lead to exhaustion and a business that can’t thrive and feels more like hanging on by your fingernails.
